Inside New Dramatists selection process

Johnna Adams has posted about the New Dramatists open house/meeting. If you've ever applied, or are thinking about applying, you should definitely take a look. I've applied several times and haven't made the cut. Now I'm not quite sure I'm in the right place for it to be helpful for me, though it's tempting to apply.
